Kat began her coaching career at 18 when she started assisting the Cumbernauld Theatre, Youth Theatre Classes she herself had been a part of for many years. She progressed up the ladder until taking the post of Community Projects Officer from 2007 - 2012.
Kat has been working with children and young people in a community drama setting for 20 years. She loves finding the time to give back to the communities she works in as it was programmes such as these that provided her with the opportunity to work in this industry.
